Refund approval is not automatic. Each request is reviewed case by case.
4. No Refund After Work Starts
Once our team starts work on setup, development, account activation, integration, design, support, or configuration, the payment becomes non-refundable.
This is because time, technical effort, third-party resources, and service costs may already be used.
5. Subscription Payments
Subscription payments are non-refundable after the billing cycle starts.
You may request cancellation before the next billing cycle. After cancellation, your service may remain active until the end of the paid billing period, unless otherwise agreed.

Any amount paid to third-party providers is non-refundable. This includes:

Hosting fees
Domain fees
SSL fees
Payment gateway charges
